IB Technical Prep with AI
I’ve learned a lot about the technicals and other questions through 400 questions, WSP, and with Claude. I have been practicing answering in real time by developing a Claude skill that drills me on questions. It has been working well for simple to intermediate questions, but asks weird things when I try to push for harder ones. Does anyone have any advice for ways to get better questions. I would also be willing to invest in a AI prep platform if it is actually useful. Any advice?

I would just recommend using a database of prior interview questions, those are pretty helpful. I don't see how an ai prep platform could help or provide any additional value.
I was thinking it would be better for actual reps/understanding what I need to improve on.
I use it at well. Definitely helps. I like the Chat Voice feature, I tell it to drill me like an MD in a superday and it interrupts me and pushes back. I also like just the voice transcript as well to really digest how well you have performed.
using it for feedback is fine, it knows finance well enough. two things i'd watch.
the questions and the advice both come out generic. it's guessing at what gets asked.
the bigger one is coverage. when i studied unstructured i went deep on rabbit holes that don't come up. i put real time into the tax effect of stock comp, which is not an interview question you're likely to get. however you do it, make sure you're actually covering ground and not just doing work in circles.
