Hello. I am a diversity candidate and I have received an offer from a top bank for IB SA (don't want to specify). I am also in diversity programs for consulting firms and have to decide soon if I want to do consulting or banking.
My main concern is the exit opps; I can work through either depending on which gets the best exit opps. I have also heard that you can switch from banking to consulting but not vice versa? Is that true?
