IB/IM Early Career Switch
I graduated from a super target school in Europe (Oxbridge/LSE/ICL) last July with a 3.8-equivalent GPA, have 5 month IB experience at a regional bank (smaller deals), VC experience and currently working as a Strategy Analyst at a crypto exchange in the MENA region. I’ve always been wanting an analyst role in IB or investment management. I’ve been getting rejected, left and right, without getting any invitations to first round interviews. Do I stand a chance or should I work for another two years and pursue an MBA, then start applying?
