IB's get in here!!!

I know IB's make about 90k starting and yearly bonuses will make it about 150k but is your pay based on commission? Or is it salary+commission? I'm going for an IB and am lost on how exactly there pay works,, thanks!

He didn't say do research, he said do a search...as in use the fucking search box in the top right corner of the screen. Don't come somewhere asking for help and then tell people to gtfo when they tell you how to find the answer for yourself. To echo the post above, 150k is a joke. Last year top bucket first years probably averaged about 125k across the board, and that is probably including signing bonuses.
