What is the starting salary / bonus structure of an investment analyst at the IFC? What is comp progression like? Current first year in IB who would really like to work in the impact investing space (IFC in particular) but would like to hear concrete salary numbers to fully weigh how much of a pay cut it would be from traditional buy side jobs. The info I’m finding online has just been ranges / outdated.
