I’m stressing tf out

I’m a rising junior at a semi target school with a decent gpa. Unfortunately, I was a pre med till the first semester and had no knowledge about finance but school I go to have one of the best business schools in America so I gave it a shot and got in. But I belong to an immigrant family and have no connections in the finance world. I do have finance related experience and have been working for two years during college and summer but I certainly don’t have the same level of skills for example excel and modeling as a good student in my B school. Now I’m about to start my junior year and have no big internships under my belt and with still somehow limited technical knowledge, I’m afraid that I’d ever graduate with a solid job. I’ve been spending time to learn the techs but my friends tell me they are not the most important thing but on here I find techs are important. I am shooting for consulting mainly but IB is still something I want to do. I’ve been losing sleep, face filled with acne and anxiety at its Highest . Wanted to come here and ask for any tips on how to start the junior year on a good note and if anyone was in the similar boat ?

Can only tell you how I went about it:

1. I spent hours and hours practicing on my behaviourals. Can't count how many times I've perfected my story, recorded myself etc (I also love talking to people which helps).

2. Make sure I understand economics as a whole, read a lot of articles, I spend like 1-2 hours per day om bloomberg just reading about what's going on. This will allow you to make an educated guess on pretty much anything that comes up.

3. Practise technicals, all I did was to memorise DCF, comps and comparable transactions. Modelled them a few times on my own, took like 1 week in total to learn this.

Afterwards I was prepared for like 75% of all questions in my interviews, those I couldn't answer I could discuss around instead thanks do nr2. I strongly believe this combined with nr.1 gave me my internships.

With that being said, don't waste too much time on technicals, that you can always learn quickly. It's harder to learn nr.1 and 2.
