Had to wait to post this for the dust to settle. We always ask our interns to give us feedback on things they might like to see for the next class. One of our interns proposed powderpuff deal day: where analysts call the shots, roll in at 10 and leave at 5. MDs have to stay building out the intern placement deck for next year form scratch as well as blocking off times on recruiting team's schedules. Analysts can make as many comments they want until 1am. One of our directors actually loved this idea so much for team bonding they were thinking of doing this around December. One of our other MDs shut that shit right down. Interesting proposition from the intern. You'll have to guess if he got the return.
