With bases going to $100k+, how do people imagine bonuses will look like next year? Staying the same $ amount, or scaling based on % of base. Feel like making near $180-200k as a first year at BB (including signing) will be doable if bonuses are still 70-100% base.

Pure speculation but I see bonuses scaling based on a slightly lower % of base, maybe 60-90% for analysts, down the line.
