Probably best to just use your network, with Covid and being a sophomore (unless youre diversity) its pretty tough to get somewhere. Send some emails to some alum at boutiques if you dont have anyone in your network willing to take you, expect it to be unpaid as well
Best shot is getting a botique IB in your hometown through cold-emailing....hope you had atleast PWM freshman year summer though...
Federal Reserve Bank of New York -- Know a few kids who did their sophomore program this past summer, and apparently a ton of their intern class was going to BBs, EBs, BBM, VC, etc. for junior summer.
