Improved Quality of Life
Hi guys, I've been hearing that quality of life has gotten much better across the industry now with protected Saturdays and (slightly) reduced hours now that banks have realized they're burning through too many analysts.
Is this true across the board? I know there are a lot of statistics on the bulge bracket/EB out there but has this trend hit the MM banks or do MM analysts still work on Saturdays?
What else has changed that's made your life more tolerable?
