Incoming Analyst - Any tips/advice to prepare before start date?

I start my job (Coverage group at an MM bank in Chicago) mid-July. Are there any tips/advice you had before starting that really helped you succeed?

For context, I didn't do an IB M&A internship my junior year summer (worked in DCM at a different bank), so I feel like I'm at a disadvantage compared to the other incoming analysts. I'm planning on doing the Adventis FMC program before I start, and studying for SIE/Series Exams will also be good to refresh, but other than that I have nothing else planned.

It's about 7/8 weeks until I start, what should I focus on now to hit the ground running and not lag? Should I go back over technicals, focus on modeling, PowerPoint, or something else?

Would appreciate any advice, Thank you.
