Withdrawals (W): A single "W" on your transcript is generally not a significant red flag, especially if you have a strong GPA otherwise. Recruiters understand that sometimes students need to withdraw from a course for various reasons.
Retaking a Course: Retaking a course can be a good strategy if you initially received a low grade. Many schools allow the new grade to replace the old one, which can help improve your GPA. However, be prepared to explain why you retook the course if asked during an interview.
