Industry Coverage Overviews

Was trying to research more into various sectors to see which ones would be worth specializing in (most tailwinds). Feel like it would be dumb to specialize in something like C&R if it’s growing at a slower rate than others for example. Anyone have any places to find primers or more info on various sectors to help make a better decision?

Honestly go for groups’ reputation and deal flow as opposed to this if we are talking abt IB. The type of industry analysis you do in IB is so surface lvl (compared to the buyside) it’s honestly laughable.

Aim for groups that do deals so you can get ur reps in.
