Industry Group Placement in MM Bank

I am an incoming summer analyst at a MM (Lincoln/Baird/Blair/HL) currently going through the group placement process. I'm having a hard time choosing between the tech, healthcare, and consumer group at my bank and looking for some unbiased opinions regarding some of the most important factors I should consider when making my decision.

Based on my networking calls with the analysts within each group, the culture is very consistent throughout the firm. It also looks like deal flow is solid across all three groups (although tech and healthcare are slightly better than the other two), which is why I'm having such a hard time deciding.

Which out of the three would provide me with the broadest experience? Does compensation typically stay consistent throughout the various groups (or do analysts in top groups with lots of deal flow get compensated better)?
