okay I see, thanks a lot! I dont have in depth knowledge of LBO yet. You think that would be an issue? What kind of questions i can expect from LBO?

I also didn't really have any knowledge of LBOs. So I quickly indicated that I didn't have much experience with them (but understood the general idea) but I did know the other valuation techniques; comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis and DCF. After that they only asked about those and no LBO questions. But if you still have the time, I would try to prepare for LBO questions. Maybe I was just lucky
