Ignore title, current analyst at low tier BB with an opportunity to join FT Partners. Very interested in fintech and they seem to be performing well (at least based off linkedin exits seem to be better and new seniors from Guggenheim and Qatalyst). Wanted to see if anyone had any insight into the firm today (pipeline, comp, culture, etc.) other than 140K base comments.
