Insight into Jefferies IB
Hello WSO. I have a first round scheduled with Jefferies for their SA program.
Just wondering if anyone familiar with the firm can give me some insight into how the bank has successfully grown so quickly over the past decade. I'm aware they've been able to gain market share by taking on more leveraged deals that BBs won't touch - anything else I should know?
I'm also aware that the culture is somewhat fratty / sweatshop-ish. If anybody has any more interesting info about Jefferies regarding their growth story or general culture that'd be much appreciated, thanks!

I have but there doesn't seem to be much about their growth story. More just bonus clawbacks and Rich Handler slander
