International Female - 2020 SA chance?

Hi guys! I'm an international female student (Asian) in a non-terget public U (UW-Madison, UMN, OSU...) I'd like to hear about my chance of getting a 2020 SA in a BB. Here is my profile...Thank you in advance!

Major: Accounting & Mathematical statistics, CS minor GPA: 3.55 (I know its low and I'm trying to raise it to 3.6 this semester) Relevant work: one big-name IB internship in Asia, one search fund internship in the US, one boutique IB internship in the US I have secured a 2019 SA position in a west coast boutique IB. It's like a 3 men shop but I expect to do lots of valuation works.

I have good extracurricular activities and on a varsity sports team at my university; not NCAA type though, can consider as martial art/badminton/cycling...less popular but an interesting sport.

Appreciate any advice!

This isn't college confidential but I'll bite

Your GPA is low but the CS minor helps explain that. Good experience and you should leverage the sports involvement as a testament to your work ethic, competitive drive, etc.

You may run into sponsorship issues at some banks, so you should look at those threads to see who still sponsors. There are diversity efforts for women at many banks, although they may specifically exclude sponsorship.

Biggest thing you did not mention is networking, which will make or break it for you. Your profile is strong but not stand out (your competition has a 4.0 at HYPWS) and you need to get people on your side pushing your resume.
