I've already secured a junior summer IB internship, but I want to explore other options since I'm not certain I want to work at the same firm or stay in IB for FT. Do you have any advice on when or how to start applying for jobs? Thanks.

You're in luck. FT recruiting doesn't happen before SA stints. FT recruiting, from what I've read on here, usually starts towards the end of summer. Maybe a couple banks starting mid July? But if you're looking to trade up banks, there are a couple threads on how to do so.
