Inventory calculation
So we know increase in inventory is accounted for by a decrease in cash. And then decrease in inventory is unwind that requires add-back of cash because it’s referring to COGS associated with revenue.
my question: what happens if instead we write down inventory (throw it away) instead of due to to COGS/sale of goods?
