Investment Banking Career Advice: Do I still have a shot at IB or am I done for?

So I just graduated this May from a non-target college with a B.S. in Finance and I had a cumulative GPA of 3 and a major GPA of 3.4. My junior year summer, I had a wealth management internship and after graduating from college, I completed a summer analyst program at a boutique investment bank. I was offered a full time position but respectively turned it down since the bank was not FINRA licensed. Nonetheless, I learned a lot about financial modeling and building pitch books.I am struggling to find a full time analyst position, what should I do?

Yeah I am mainly focusing my efforts on the smaller shops (cold calling and emailing) since I will have the best odds of actually getting my foot in the door.

I don't know why you'd turn down their return offer tbh. You said you're contacting smaller firms right now, but what's the difference between going to the firm you SA'd at and lateraling versus going to a small shop?

I'd call the firm you SA'd at and beg for an offer.

The firm was a bit sketchy since it was not FINRA licensed and the pay structure was heavily commissioned based, the salary was roughly 30k annual and the rest would be bonus based.
