Investment Banking Laterals
I’m a 1st year industry coverage assoc. with very limited M&A experience (few buyside deals closed, tons of sellside swings and misses, number of acquistion financings) looking to lateral into an M&A role. Is this possible at the VP level? I’d like to avoid the miserable hours most M&A associates have. Any semi-lazy people like myself have any input?
