I am a senior in college and I accepted an offer around 70k offer from UBS for their Graduate Talent Program with the compliance team. A career coach at my school told me i didn't have any ground to negotiate so i didn't. Did I mess up or is that a good salary for the job? It's in NYC which is making me feel worse about not negotiating.

70k is pretty normal for a compliance position at a bank. Honestly, a lot of people start at even less.
