Just saw someone at my school (non diversity, target) get an IB offer for BAML 2023 SA as a rising sophomore (co 2025). I had thought most sophomore class IB recruiting started in August. Is it too late for me to apply and network now? Is BAML done with their sophomore recruiting for 2023? Thanks.

BofA offers went out on Monday from there super day last week. I believe they are done now as there are already people on waitting lists for if people decline there offers.

Yeah they’re done. The sophomore program is also super small and they only took around 30 across classic IB and capital markets, so I wouldn’t worry too much, especially if you’re not diverse.

they have the biggest sophomore program on the street wym?? they take like 35-40 kids and the only other BB that takes that many is Citi that takes like 30
It’s small relative to junior SA is what I meant. Also I was told that they’d be taking less this year than in the past 2 just bc of market slowing down. With that’d said, I wouldn’t worry, buddy of mine did boutique IB soph summer and is now at GS. That is kinda the norm.
Pretty sure the Citi one takes like 7 people, the sophomore leadership program takes 30 people for all divisions (IB, CB, S&T, etc)
The superday 7/14 was for non-diversity students so more than likely they already wrapped up both diversity and non-diversity offers.
