“Overall it was a seamless process with very little back and forth. The feedback was very clear and actionable. It was very obvious were my short comings were and where I needed to improve my resume. Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”

Not really - I am pretty sure they led less than 10 deals in the last 24 months.. bad bonus for juniors and paradise for deadwood seniors who can't originate
