Many people on this forum will tell you to get MBA to become a more traditional candidate. My take on this is if you can't network you way in, you probably can't make it in this industry.
Nothing wrong with a 30-year-old analyst, just get fast promoted to aso and spend three years there before VP if you have the tenacity.
