Is it bad to call people with no caller ID number?
Is it unprofessional to call people with a blocked number? I handle a lot of calls for various reasons, and to avoid getting spammed, I started using a no-caller ID. It hasn't been a problem for professional calls, and I sometimes feel that using a blocked number might even add a touch of professionalism or intrigue. For things like coffee chats, though, I'm wondering if it could come across negatively. Any thoughts?
Yes it is unprofessional
thanks for clarifying. this was my concern.
Just get a Google Voice number, it's very affordable and works fine.
Would probably recommend using GV (or some other VOIP) for whatever your high-volume / likely-to-be-spammed thing is so your personal number isn't blacklisted.
Sketchy af
it's just to not give some asshat my actual number, out of over hundred people called in some months.
bro ur not a celebrity. No one cares.
Weird. Don't do this. Unprofessional and if I took your call and saw a blocked number my first thought would be "who does this kid think he is" or "is he socially inept"...something along those lines
lol what kind of desperate person even accepts blocked number calls?
it's a scheduled call...
