Is it possible to trade on a separate device on someone else’s account? Has anyone done this type of shit?

Why is this not permitted? What if you are sending your money for someone else to manage (maybe a friend or sibling or whoever)? Don't people do this all the time. People in congress also say that they have someone else managing their money when asked.
