Is it too late to find a job by summer?
So I'm still emailing people with hopes of finding something by summer, but I'm afraid the window has closed now that the New Year has passed. I'm graduating from a target school in July, and am looking to get any size banks.
Reach out to alumni and target smaller shops that recruit analysts on an as-needed basis rather than larger banks that have already completed on-cycle fall recruiting. I'm in the same boat -- just gotta keep grinding.
