Which group is the client facing one?
I believe origination is client facing as the CM group generally acts as bridge between the origination and the s&t teams. Idk if there's a difference between the CM and the syndicate group or if they're one in the same so if someone wants to clarify for me that'd be helpful.
How does pay compare between the two groups?
