Is Project Finance a good stepping stone to IB?
I'm a rising sophomore at a semi-target and have an offer to do project finance next summer at a reputable bank. Will this be looked upon favorably/help me land IB for Summer 26' relative to other internships?
It 100% depends on how reputable the bank is.

Many banks have project finance as a coverage group in IB, so you can either try to switch groups internally for junior summer or just use that sophomore summer as a strong experience to move upmarket in banks / a coverage group that you desire
