Is Qatalsyt Dead?

Only a few years ago, it seemed that 451 hit my inbox every afternoon with a new Qatalyst deal. Just not the case anymore. I know the SPAC markets have gotten a lot tougher to get a PIPE done in, but most of Qs work has been large strategic M&A anyway and that seems to well... have only risen. So what happened to Q? Did Quattrone die in the office? Did Boutros discover him and then leave SF forever for Miami? Did Bryan Cayne flee back to Vista in Austin? I hope there is day we see them rise back to their glory. Until then congrats to the new tech powerhouse in Baird for getting an approximately $800MM deal across the line this weekend.
