They opened for SA 2022 a few days ago, and the close at the end of March, so I was wondering if they are rolling or if they don't look at apps until close.

Most firms are rolling but the funnel will get more and more narrow as they wrap up their targeted recruiting events at their target schools. Safe to assume Roth is the same though I can't say I know anyone who works there and could corroborate.

I meant a few weeks difference in when you send the app would matter a lot less right now (January) than in March.
Ah. Yeah can't speak to that much but would recommend hard networking and applying sooner rather than later so your app can get flagged - and this goes for all firms you're looking at.
