Is Solomon Partners Paradise?
Ever since reading the masterpiece that was "FT Partners is Paradise", I have been wondering if we're due for a post titled "Solomon Partners is Paradise." I've seen many posts over the past couple of weeks of people saying that:
- Solomon Partners is a rising EB / on track to become the next centerview
- Has the best culture and Work Life Balance (wlb) on the street
- EB-like comp and exposure to big M&A deals, constantly bringing up the exclusive sale of Bountiful Company to Nestle for $5bn
- Has the backing of Natixis which makes them an "EB with the backing/lending capabilities of a BB"
- Has a C&R practice as good as Goldman Sachs
- Top notch exits to MF PE
- and debates on whether Solomon Partners is Better than FT Partners
I was wondering if any of these statements have truth to them? If not, how would you describe the type of firm Solomon Partners is?
