Is the market hot AF for everyone else right now?

Is it just me or are there recruiters hitting everyone up right now on the street? I’m literally seeing an ocean of job postings on LinkedIn of IB roles from analyst through director. Even looking at my own bank, there are tombstones of job postings for roles of my former colleagues who either got burnt out or jumped to another firm.

Is it worth to jump now just to get crushed at the new place? (Literally filling a seat for someone else that burnt out).

Anyone hearing guaranteed comp, signing bonuses or other perks?

Seeing the same with no guaranteed comp or bonuses. I'm choosing not to move, easier to get crushed at a place where you're already respected than at a place where you're getting crushed and have to get accustomed to internal + team dynamics. First impressions matter and being burnt out doesn't work in your favor. Same with being first to have to go back in the office.
