Having worked both in and outside of NY, I've noticed that outside of NY the pace is a little slower. While the front-office team is diligent, small things I've come to notice like the HR staff, BD people etc. move with a little less urgency.
Have any of you monkeys noticed a different pace of work outside ny and other major metropolitans?
