Is there a required YOE at Morgan Stanley for the AVP title/salary if coming from another company?

Was told this was the case by a friend. Interviewing currently and only have 2 YOE but was told by recruiter that it was for an AVP title + salary.

“Overall it was a seamless process with very little back and forth. The feedback was very clear and actionable. It was very obvious were my short comings were and where I needed to improve my resume. Feed back was very constructive and overall was super helpful. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The only thing I would improve from the process not necessarily the mentor was that there should be a way to disclose if you are under a non disclosure agreement because that created some friction when implementing feedback.”
