🚨JEF bragging about 24/7 Execution Support. Client Dedication or Abusive?

Obligatory I am not in tech coverage or Dallas as framing, so not fully sure of the culture in either environment. However, this is not shocking at all given it's coming from Jefferies.

In my opinion, textbook abuse from seniors. If you're an ED or MD, you should be expected to hop on the call with the client whenever they call but saying 24/7 execution support on a pitch deck is a sign of terrible culture. Once again further proof of the horrendous culture at Jefferies, I do not know a single person below MD level who enjoys being at Jefferies. Great place to be an MD though, phenomenal comp for seniors, but juniors have continuously gotten treated like shit there back from when I entered banking and this type of behavior is in line with expectations of Jefferies. 

This is not to say the Jefferies platform does not have good MDs or nice MDs and by all accounts, over the past decade or so they have seen great growth in their IB business. However, this has come with a constant degradation of juniors from the top down, and there has been a clear pattern of not caring about juniors from a systematic level. This is after all the bank that hired Sage Kelly back in the day, nothing has seemingly changed culturally.
