JEF Incoming FT Analysts: Has anyone gotten the signing bonus/onboarding??
In the offer contract JEF had mentioned that they would provide the signing bonus no later than March 31st, 2022- curious if anyone has received it. Also has anyone heard word about onboarding??
I haven’t seen the money hit my account yet, which is weird. The early signing bonus was paid out on time so was expecting the same here as well. Maybe it’ll come later during the day, idk.
I need to put down money for a car and was actually banking on that amount to hit today.
Also no word on on-boarding yet.

The early signing bonus was due on 15 October and we got it on 15 October. Expected the same for the bonus today so kinda disappointed.
Was going to ask the same question. Haven’t had anything hit my account yet. Father has engaged the attorneys who will be pursuing remedial action immediately if no payment is received by EOD.
Data point as an associate also waited on Mar 31st. Reached out to HR and they said to expect it EOD. So ideally be on the lookout tomorrow morning as banks process overnight.
Yea I haven’t gotten it either but all paychecks over the summer and early signing bonus were on time. Hopefully it’s there when I wake up. Really strange
Exactly - one of the other analysts got it but don't know why it isn't being dispersed together.

Also, heard that our training will be virtual.
Damn training is gonna be virtual? That sucks big time. Did HR tell you that?
I reached out to HR a couple weeks ago and they said training will be virtual with an in person element. Not really sure what that means
Yeah HR told me that. They said it’ll be remote with some potential in-person elements but more regionalized. For example if you are in SF Tech then ur in person element will take place there and not NY. Kinda sucks - was personally looking forward to getting paid to go to NY to basically go out every night.
Has any FT analyst heard about onboarding?? HR has ghosted me
