Jefferies Bonuses
Title says it all, just curious what Jefferies bonuses looked like this year. Signed with them for FT 2022 but didn't see a target bonus like I've seen in the offers a few of my friends got. TIA

The fuck is a target bonus?
Some of my friends have said in their offer letter their bonus says Target of X% of base to X% of base.
probably a target $$ for your bonus, intern. Way to deduce that one
Depends on bucket and again, these are purely estimates. No one can predict with absolute certainty. Range should be 75-100 for An1, and 100-120 for An2.
Last year, top bucket An1 was 100k, while top bucket for An2 was 130k. My projections are a bit conservative, given that JEF is coming off a record year. I believe JEF will continue to scale bonuses slightly higher each year (assuming consistent IBD growth). Bonuses should be near EB-level, and above BBs.
I would not expect this moving forward. Base was bumped up $25k / $35k. My guess is AN1 will stay in the 60-80 range. AN2 in the 70-100 range. 2021 performance is not sustainable
What do you expect for associate 1?
is this true just for Jefferies or across all firms? seems like all firms had a record bonus payout year
