Career Resources
They have been one of the busiest and fastest growing ECM teams on the street since the start of COVID and the spac boom. They do probably 4-5 biotech IPOs and follow-ons every week. Also do well in tech/tech enabled services IPOs. Top 6 in US IPOs in 2020 and I believe follow-ons as well. Can't speak to comp or culture.
Thanks a lot for sharing that! I was looking at the WSJ scorecard and was definitely surprised to see them that high. As far as comp is in general at Jefferies, is it above or below the street?
Comp is above street.
Jefferies comp is above street at analyst level. Associate level and above pay can rival that of EBs for top performers especially. This is for traditional IB groups, but I cant imagine ECM being too different.
How would you compare DB ECM to Jefferies?
