I am an MBA student at an M7 school, going through IB recruiting. Specifically, does anyone know what the Summer Associate recruiting process for Jefferies is? They haven't come to campus this year and I am really interested in their Healthcare group.

I know people from multiple schools that already have offers from JEF. They tend to recruit pretty early on to snap up the best talent. I'd reach out to any alums from your school at JEF at this stage.
Summer Associate recruiting took place in November for the target schools. It's typically run by alumni with coffee chats and resume drops. Process is standard - first rounds and then final round in the office.
Superday for non-target was last week, so M7 probably already happened.
