How long does it take Jefferies to get back with an offer or rejection? This was for lateral. Do offers come from HR or actual team?

You said team heads, what if the team head wasn't there he was suppose to interview us but someone else came instead of him. I'm thinking about this too much. Is it possible it can take longer? I know they have been busy the group I interviewed for, we were suppose to have a case study and Excel test but didn't have time to set it up. So maybe taking awhile to get all the decision makers in one room.
I emailed asking for an update, but haven't heard anything back.
Dunno mate. For the lateral process I had I met everyone and heard back pretty soon. Easier said then done, but chill, there's nothing you can do now and lateral processes can be rather protracted.
