Jefferies M&A (London)

Had my last round at Jefferies in London last week and it went well. What are the current hours across the various M&A groups? What is the A1 salary?

Anyone knows the current dinner and taxi stipends?

Many thanks

Thanks for the input. I meant the teams within the M&A division - any color on whether hours vary between them? And on hours more broadly, any rough sense of weekly average? Appreciate it.

Maybe I haven’t been clear (and I am not sure how you don’t know what you  interview for…)

There is no “M&A division”. Jefferies is split in product teams and sector teams

Are you interviewing for the M&A product team (which is one generalist team that supports sector teams on M&A deals -usually takes care of process / model / admin / etc. They usually work with industrials / business services / healthcare / TMT)or for a sector team?

Quick question on the hours and culture? are seniors supportive/ understanding?

Are hours managable? i.e not 4 AM finishes every day of the week+ weekend work?

Supposedly Jeff London has better culture than US, and most posts are on US so keen to hear about how things are in London!
