It's a good group for M&A flow. Only really do Sponsor sellsides and buysides. Public work is done by country groups.

They do hold the pen and it's a technical group.

Hours are very sweaty and culture is toxic. There are a number of shithead Directors and VPs who get away with treating juniors like shit.

Big analyst churn rate.

Good exits to MM / UMM PE (think Inflexion, Montagu, TA associates etc)

It's the UMM part of the "MM/UMM" I presume. They also go lower in deal size in Europe compared to US, from my experience. 

I don't know... Yeah. Almost definitely yes.
