Jefferies Pay?
Just wondering if I could get some insight into what folks at Jefferies are pulling in. Curious to see if there are any rumors of comp being raised following Baird and what current analysts are making.

This is all based on a "normal" year. 2021 should be higher and there's also been some changes to the promotion cycle (AN3 becomes AS0 for 18 months v. AN3 for a year + AS0 for 6 months).
AN1: 15k sign on, 85k base, 55-70k bonus
AN2: 90k base, 70-90k bonus
AN3: 95k base, 100-125k bonus
AS0: 40-50k sign on, 150k base, 35-50k stub
AS1: 150k base, 125-175k bonus
AS2: 175k base, 175-225k bonus
AS3: 200k base, 200-300k bonus
VP: 250k base, bonus flexes from 250k for VP1 up to 750k for a top performing VP3
Any talk of upping base to the new 'street' An100/110/125 aso175/200/225/etc?? Surprised Jefferies is so far behind competitors on the base raises.
isnt new street 100/105/110. only bank that does 100/110/125 is guggenheim and stifel
Haven't heard anything yet. Analysts get their #'s in a month so maybe something then
Thanks for this. Always heard it was rumored that top performers at Associate and above get paid very well.
Spot on post. These are the normal bands of comp. There are outliers at the high end that make extreme $$$ in certain situations as well. All cash too.
Is this possible at the analyst level? what's the differentiator?
Figures are pretty close. Recently got an offer and was quoted figures from HR for top to bottom bucket. I understand it's roughly 80-120% for ASOs. Mid is ~100%. Heard mid bucket for VP3s last year was ~$700 all-in.
