$25/day dinner stipend after 6pm, can be used wfh max 4 days a week. Standard Uber after 9pm, and usual corporate discounts. NY employees also get gym membership stipends and free lunch at the cafeteria (was the case when I was there, don’t know if it’s still the case). Health insurance is pretty weak.
Gym stipend and free cafeteria lunch are great benefits.
As a side note this made me realize Barclays has the shittiest benefits known to mankind (no free gym, no free lunch, no snacks, must be in-office to order dinner, shit bonuses, etc.)
Don’t have to buy a gym membership. You’ll be sweating as if you were in the sauna for 2 straight years.
