Jefferies Post-COVID
Given Rich Handler has seemed to be a lot more flexible with RTO than his counterparts at GS and MS, is there any possibility of JEF moving towards a permanent hybrid model post-COVID? I've heard some rumors from a friend at the satellite office I'm returning FT at, but would love to see if anyone else at JEF has heard any whispers signaling the what the post-COVID WFH/RTO model will be.
I was also at a non-NYC office and the communication internally made it look like there's no pressure to come into office and I think working in the office on the weekends has basically been eliminated. Love this for when I join FT next summer.
In London its being communicated that it will be a permanent flexible model, where you come in when needed / as you like.
