JH Darbie?

Hello everyone. I am still desperately looking for a summer internship. Last week I interviewed with JH Darbie. Does anyone have any information on this company? They promised me that I would gain great knowledge and a ton of experience. They also said that it would look great on my resume and very attractive to other IBs. is this true or total bs?? They did mention I would have to do cold call but said in the long run I would gain so much experience. The internship is also unpaid! But I am starting to go crazy since summer is near... Please let me know if you have any information on this company

Says pure cold calling for the stockbroker internships in WSO database, would guess IB isn't that far off. Avoid any shop that tells you their name looks great on your resume (because they are basically saying we can't pay you and you'll have to leave to make a living anyway)

Do you think its better than nothing? better than a pwm internship? Im trying to eventually break into an IB.. should i decline the offer and continue searching?

A paid PWM internship where you aren't cold calling would wayyyy better. This one sounds like a call center where you aren't learning anything.
