Job Switch

Monkeys,

I’m a junior in ABL that’s top 5 in league tables. I liked my job for a while but not anymore. It kind of feels like we’re the bank’s cum rag given where we sit in terms of fees generated vs other groups and it lacks any feeling of competition.

It seems the general consensus on ABL is, it’s sort of a joke which leaves me wondering how to exit / what’s possible. I’ve seen others lateral to PC, coverage, LevFin, etc., but those feel like long shots.

Anybody have any insight on realistic next steps or general advice?
